Hi my name is Kelsey Quinn. I'm going into radiation therapy and hope to help people with cancer. In my free time, I mostly hang out with friends.
I was mostly interested in The Habs essay because I liked the authors use of humor. I found it interesting that hockey was something that brought his family together. Even when they were fighting about something when hockey came onto the television all arguments were put on pause. It's rare to find a common love in which people will come together in times of disagreement.
Hi Kelsey, its nice to see that you are going into radiation therapy. My sister was diagnosed with cancer last year. It nice to see you are going to help fight cancer.

ReplyDeleteThat's awesome that you are going to school for radiation therapy, and to want to help others! I also enjoyed Jason's essay because of the humor that he used. I think that humor is a great way to get the reader's attention and focus.

ReplyDeleteI just wanted to say good luck in your study for radiation therapy. My cousin has been diagnosed with two different types of leukemia and to hear that you want to help people with cancer is the greatest. Also, I liked Ths Habs essay because of the humor, but Resurrection really struck a nerve to read about the pain and suffering of the slave and what he went through.
